ROM Online Movement Memberships are Online Classes designed to help you build structure, momentum, and consistency—no matter how packed your schedule is. Together, we will create realistic movement routines that fit seamlessly into your life, build your strength for life, support your energy, and keep you progressing without injury or overwhelm. I build each routine with varying degrees of difficulty, equipment and clear modifications, ensuring everyone can participate confidently.
