What does the program include?

  • Weekly discussions on Zoom to build habits, momentum and consistency slowly. Each week focuses on one topic to build on over time- movement, nutrition, lifestyle.

  • One hour monthly 1 on 1 calls. Together we will find your energy requirements, macros, lifestyle priorities, movement routine and touch base on anything you need to feel successful and supported.

  • Tuesday Thursday Live classes, access to recorded workouts, plus movement tips, consistency challenges and resources to keep you strong and injury free

  • Energy balance and macros to match your lifestyle and goals, plus assessments monthly to help you pivot as needed

  • Build awareness and personalized goals with weekly and monthly worksheets to give you the best information and feedback on what YOU need!

  • I wil share weekly meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, bulk cooking plans, and my favorite go-tos for balanced meals, flavor and absorbable nutrients!
