After an initial video call to review goals, injuries, equipment, timeline and current activity AND a movement screening, I will write you a personalized workout plan that changes each month to process for YOU!

The individual plan includes:

  • Warm Up and Mobility Exercises

  • Strength/Power/Cardio/Endurance exercises

  • Monthly check-ins with video review, form checks, mobility checks and Q&A

  • Evolving program to continue to progress with your ever changing needs and performance goals

  • 3 month minimum commitment
